Gentherm Vietnam signed contract to lease further land in Dong Van II IP, Ha Nam province

In 18 of November 2016, to respond to quick and strong development speed of the business in Dong Van II (Duy Tien district, HaNam province), Gentherm Vietnam made decision to sign a contract to lease further 3 hectares with VID Group to increase the total leased land area up to 5.3 hectares.

In August, 2015, Gentherm Vietnam factory finished construction and went into operation in Dong Van II IP with the initial investment of 12.6 million USD. After more than 1 year of opening, Gentherm Vietnam decided to expand their business to build further factory to respond to quick development rate of the company and also meet with orders from international partners and clients.

It is widely known that Ha Nam is one of most active provinces to attract FDI in Vietnam and has rated among the most favorable investment destination for foreign companies in the country. Thus, not only Gentherm Vietnam, but other companies also are given the best conditions and opportunities to start and develop their business activities in Ha Nam.

In the signing ceremony, Mr Bui Dinh Chien – CEO of VID Group stated that: with the motto to accompany and support all companies operated in VID Group’s industrial parks, VID Group shall endeavor to support investors, especially foreign investors, in dealing with necessary procedures to lease land and implement their businesses.

Currently, Dong Van II is recognized as one of key industrial parks developed by VID Group, boasting strategic location, complete and modern infrastructure…and reaching more than 90% of occupancy rate.
